About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the revenue performance of a portfolio of properties. You will achieve this through the identification and implementation of strategies to maximize occupancy and room rates.

You will work closely with both national and local sales & marketing teams to develop accommodation strategies that maximize revenue for each property. Additionally, you will oversee daily responsibilities associated with reporting, pricing, demand and revenue forecasting, inventory management, distribution processes, and opportunity analysis.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 2 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement revenue, pricing, and sales strategies.
  2. Use systems, tools, and reports to support revenue management best practices.
  3. Optimize pricing through all channels.
  4. Analyse competitor sets, price positions, seasonality, mix, and displacement.
  5. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop revenue-maximizing campaigns.
  6. Provide revenue strategy expertise and leadership to various teams.
  7. Monitor direct report performance against KPIs.
  8. Train commercial and operational teams on revenue management best practices.
  9. Report on business performance, forecast future results, and propose actions for improvement.
  10. Ensure a safe workplace and promote safe work practices.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  1. Previous experience in a Revenue Management role.
  2. Proven track record of delivering market-leading results.
  3. In-depth knowledge of hotel booking distribution channels.
  4. Hospitality or Business degree with a focus on Revenue Management is highly regarded.
  5. Proficiency in Opera, Excel, and TravelClick is essential.
  6. Knowledge of IDeaS, LightHouse, Tableau, Cognos TM1, and Salesforce products is highly regarded.
