• Maintain and execute the ICT Portfolio Master Plan through alignment with the ICT roadmap, sourcing and leading project resources, scheduling project activities, managing the demand funnel, interfacing with internal stakeholders and managing delivery against agreed cost, time and quality parameters.
• Protect project continuity by developing spend estimates for the project delivery budget, facilitating approvals, monitoring expenditure against forecasts and making pro-active interventions where required.
• Maintain ICT governance by establishing and maintain consistent application of the project delivery framework across all programs and projects.
• Mitigate portfolio risks by raising awareness of portfolio activities and objectives within the ICT team and wider stakeholder groups.
• Achieve target zero across all ICT projects by acting as a HSE champion, educating contractors on Customer's expectations and contributing to ongoing HSE improvements.
