Payroll Officer
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes in SAP ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with a small, onshore payroll team (2 members) while coordinating with offshore teams.
- Handle payroll for multiple APAC countries (e.g., Singapore, Korea) when required.
- Ensure payroll processing aligns with organisational policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll data.
About You:
- Strong payroll experience.
- Experience with international payroll processing, particularly across APAC.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly, with support from junior team members.
- Australian citizen, able to obtain security clearance if required.
- Must pass police, bankruptcy, and credit background checks due to the sensitive nature of the role.
