Packer/Labeller

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Packers / Labellers. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging and labelling products using a shrink-wrapping machine, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate shrink-wrapping machine to package products according to customer specifications.
• Apply labels accurately and securely to packaged products.
• Maintain a consistent pace and level of concentration to ensure efficiency and accuracy in an assembly-line type of operation.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that products meet specified standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with other tasks and duties in the packaging area as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and customer specifications.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic for measuring and calculating quantities.
• Demonstrated ability to work at a steady pace with a high level of concentration and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience operating a forklift is an asset but not essential.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
