Your opportunity

The Outbound Sales Team at Lincoln Sentry is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an additional sales champion to join our team. We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, results-driven, and energized by reaching out and enhancing existing customer relationships. In this role, you will offer exemplary, market-leading service and be passionate about understanding your customers and their challenges, with solutions at hand. As an expert in your customers’ purchasing habits, you will thoughtfully advise them on how Lincoln Sentry can meet their current requirements and also anticipate their future needs. Success in this role will be building solid and profitable relationships with your customer base and becoming their trusted advisor, as you assist them by servicing sales over the phone or help them with purchasing through our online service.

Here’s what you’ll achieve here:

  1. Manage your call cycle and conduct outbound calls to existing customers to promote and sell our architecture and cabinet hardware products
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  3. Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

What you’ll bring

  1. Proven experience in outbound sales and/or account management
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  5. Resilient with the ability to handle objections

Although not essential, it would be great if you have previous experience working in the architecture or hardware trade industry. But what’s most important is that you’re committed to doing good work, well. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with trustworthy people, so it’s important that you’re willing to work in a team environment. We’re also on a constant journey of growth, so you’ll need to have an open mind and be flexible to change.
