Salary: AUD80000 - AUD85000 per annum + Super + Uncapped Commissions

About the Role:

Our client is in the final stages of developing an impressive new display home in Wilton Greens. They are looking for a highly skilled home sales professional to join their team. You will receive strong support from an established organisation. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you should be self-motivated and capable of working independently to deliver excellent service to potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive growth by developing strategic relationships with land developers, real estate agents, and referral partners to generate new leads and expand market opportunities.
  2. Engage with customers to design their dream homes and expertly navigate them through the entire sales process to contract closure.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
  4. Analyse market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to improve sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Previous experience in New Home sales and a willingness to learn and forge a successful career in the home build industry.
  2. Exceptional ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners.
  3. A self-motivated individual with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
  4. Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with diverse clients.
