Your role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National Account Manager to join our Selleys Trade team. In this role, you will manage and expand key national and corporate accounts within the Sealants, Adhesives, and Fillers (SAF) category, focusing on professional applicators and B2B engagement. Your primary goal will be to grow market share, uncover new business opportunities, and strengthen existing relationships. You will report directly to the Strategic Channel Business Manager and collaborate closely with the broader sales team to implement growth strategies, communicate actionable plans, and ensure alignment across states. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to significantly impact business growth and build lasting relationships with business stakeholders of various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and enhance relationships with key national and corporate accounts, fostering connections at all organizational levels.
  2. Lead initiatives to expand the SAF product range, capturing market share and identifying new business opportunities within existing and potential customer base.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business and customer growth objectives, providing value-added support to drive engagement.
  4. Collaborate closely with the national sales team to align goals and ensure seamless execution of customer-specific plans.
  5. Stay attuned to market trends and insights, translating them into actionable sales strategies.
  6. Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and resources to help the team succeed.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Proven experience managing and growing national accounts, ideally within a B2B professional applicator environment.
  2. Strong sales, negotiation, and strategic planning skills focused on achieving sustainable business growth.
  3. Exceptional project management capabilities with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable sales strategies.
  5. Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving both individual and team goals.
  6. Adaptable and proactive in responding to evolving business needs.
  7. Highly motivated with a passion for the industry and strong alignment with our values.
