The Opportunity

Experienced Learning and Development candidates are in high demand right now.

We have a wide range of contracts, permanent positions, non-ongoing roles, and section 26 transfers from our government, consulting, and private sector clients available.

The Role

As the Learning and Development Specialist you will be responsible for but not limited to:

1. Research and advise on innovative learning strategies, courses and systems to support core capability development and cultural change
2. Scheduling and management of Learning and development activities
3. Undertake quality assurance tasks to ensure the accuracy and currency of courses
4. Contribute to the development of HR related policies and procedures, guidelines and departmental reports
5. Build strong effective partnerships with stakeholders
6. Identify opportunities to provide efficient, effective, and innovative learning and development solutions

The Ideal Person

To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about Learning and Development. You enjoy working within and across teams and are committed to developing strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders. You will be a flexible, creative, and energetic team member who shows initiative while being able to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.

You will also have strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating and delivering high-quality work.

Salary / Rate

$80k - $110k + Super
