We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Director in ISG Fixed Income Operations to be part of Global Loans Servicing Operations.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls, and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post-execution processes.

1. Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes.
2. Act as key problem solver for area of expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognize risks and draw out key issues.
3. Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation and project contribution.
4. Review of relevant credit and closing documentation to build out loan facilities in internal booking systems.
5. Daily loan servicing including borrowing/funding requests, settlement/paydown processing.

1. Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, and put forward challenging views to senior levels.
2. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team.
3. Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities.
4. Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values and acting as a role model.
5. Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests.
6. At least 4 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

Salary range for the position: $80,000 - $104,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
