ERP Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager with strong experience in the mining services sector to help implement a D365 F&O program from scratch. The role will oversee this complex program, ensuring the successful delivery of F&O and improving the efficiency of the client's ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the project delivery of D365 F&O.
2. Align with business leaders and manage stakeholder relations.
3. Oversee interactions with the SI, maintaining high quality levels.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations and external vendors.
5. Manage risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful program delivery.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mining services sector.
2. Strong expertise in Microsoft D365 with preferable end-to-end implementation experience.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and an understanding of how to work effectively with other project managers.
5. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
6. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
