Together we can do more.
As an Enrolled Nurse at Coledale Hospital, you'll be instrumental in providing compassionate and professional care to our patients. You’ll act as an advocate for those in your care, delivering high-quality nursing that align with our policies and standards. As a part of a small, tight-knit workforce, you’ll be exposed to a range of day-to-day duties that are unique to a smaller hospital site, giving you experience in rural and remote working and allowing you to become multi-skilled in a number of nursing areas. No two days will be the same, and you’ll encounter and experience things that you’d never see at a larger hospital site.
A Little About Us.
Coledale Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is a 38-bed facility specialising in aged care services for the northern Illawarra. The hospital cares for patients transitioning to residential aged care facilities and has a purpose-built unit for patients with a dementia illness awaiting nursing home placement.
At Coledale Hospital, we believe in empowering our staff to explore career progression opportunities and professional development pathways. Whether that’s connecting you with supportive staff mentors, assisting with your education goals or helping you plan the next step for your career – we want to help you succeed.
