Aruma is looking for a passionate Employment Administration Support Officer to join our fun and dedicated crew! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Production Services portfolio, helping support key areas like a biscuit factory and manufacturing services. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, smooth workforce scheduling, payroll processing, procurement, and compliance tracking will keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also be supporting a small team of supported employees and ensuring productivity, compliance, and financial accuracy – all while maintaining a positive and safe workplace culture.
