EDC Dispatcher

Overview

The EDC Dispatcher operates systems to support and enhance security operations. Systems include Lenel, NCIC, 911, mass notification systems, and other automated dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

1. Track and record all incidents with a chronological listing of events.
2. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
3. As a critical position, will be required to report and remain available for emergency duty in expectation of a hurricane, other disaster, or declared emergency.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. One year of applicable dispatch experience.
3. Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance, but not required to start.
