The Role
Our Queensland Development team has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and dynamic Development Manager to manage the delivery of a live project. The project has commenced and is funded. This is a full-time contract (however part-time contracts may also be considered) located in either Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.
The team has been working together for over 2 years and has demonstrated achievements together. You will be leading a supportive internal team including an Assistant Development Manager and a Project Manager.
As the Development Manager, you are key to the delivery and execution of the project. It is important you understand the development of greenfield and brownfield assets and can manage built form products with an external builder.
