Analyst - Delivery Services

In this Analyst Systems and Release role you will:

• Be responsible for the management of manufacturing and personalization of cards (plastics), advice, and related projects, vendor oversight, and change management.
• Manage a 3rd Party Provider for Manufacturing and Personalization of White Label credit cards.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
• Support the management team and contribute to process decisions for the White Label consumer business.
• Manage and drive resolution of customer concerns, issues, risks, and incidents as they arise.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and personalization of plastics is preferable.
• Knowledge of banking and Grace management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
