E-commerce Fulfillment Manager

NXT GIG is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Fulfillment Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, shipping logistics, and returns processes, while leading a dedicated team to optimize the fulfillment workflow. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance fulfillment efficiency and accuracy
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and order replenishment
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Monitor order processing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
• Lead and train fulfillment staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve fulfillment issues promptly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience managing e-commerce fulfillment or logistics operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management and order processing systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in data analysis and inventory management software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
