Job Overview:

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving business transformation through cutting-edge ERP systems? We're seeking a dynamic Deployment Lead to spearhead our ERP business transformation program across multiple country entities. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment, maximizing adoption and minimizing disruption. Your mission: to deliver successful implementation and create a seamless transition for each business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the Change Director, Test Director, and key stakeholders to ensure all preparations are in place for deployment, including training plans and support processes.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive deployment plan for the Genesis program, covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
3. Collaborate with the Systems Integration (SI) Partner and external vendors for alignment and integration of deployment activities.
4. Work closely with the Genesis Program Core Team, including the Program Director and Project Managers, to align deployment activities.
5. Lead the deployment team, comprising Deployment Managers, Technical Leads, and Support Specialists, to provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
6. Monitor and report on deployment progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes innovation and team morale.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP business transformation in a complex, global organization focused on technology programs.
2. Strong understanding of deployment principles, methodologies, and tools.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight deadlines.
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with agile projects and familiarity with agile practices.
2. Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud-based solutions.
