Your Role
Fantastic opportunity for a Compulsory Third Party Claims Specialist to join the Health and Recovery team in Gadigal Country (Sydney). This role offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home up to four days per week after training.
You’ll conduct thorough investigations into suspicious CTP claims to detect and respond to fraudulent activities. This includes analysing documentation to identify patterns and anomalies, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to share information and coordinate strategies.
Additionally, you’ll provide insights and recommendations to improve claims practices on identified red flag claims and recommend continuous improvements to deter fraud. The goal is to ensure effective detection and prevention of fraudulent activities within the CTP claims process.
