Your primary objective will be to respond to customer and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
You will play a key role in our drive towards customer excellence. Your day will be varied as you engage with a variety of customers and internal colleagues. Start your day by reviewing the performance of response times. Are they in line with the scope and time that has been agreed with our customers? Are we aligned with our commercial policies? Review customer surveys and act on feedback by providing timely updates. During the day, follow up on outstanding issues to ensure new customers are receiving effective communications and we are delivering as promised. On a regular basis, consult with key stakeholders and customers to check the progress of your projects, ensuring compliance with our global standards.
