We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in claims (or related field), who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping others.

About the role:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, agents and brokers dealing with the fallout from recent weather damage.
• Deliver efficient service, providing customers and brokers with clear actionable solutions.
• Manage property claims in a call center environment, following procedures while providing an empathetic approach.
• Build strong, reliable relationships with customers and key stakeholders to keep the claims process moving.

About you:

• Insurance property claims experience advantageous.
• Empathetic and customer-focused, with the ability to support customers through stressful situations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders, including customers, brokers, agents and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of claims.
