Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the civil engineering team.
• Drive business development initiatives and win new projects.
• Prepare bids and proposals for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction in civil engineering.
• Deliver civil projects hands-on while building the team.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across Australia.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in business development, winning work, and preparing bids.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading teams.
• Technically capable of delivering civil projects with a hands-on approach.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and grow a new business sector.
• Passionate about innovative design and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Location: This role can be based in either Perth or Brisbane.
