With a strong foundation and ambitious plans for expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy, optimise asset performance, and enhance financial governance at the highest level.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial strength, improving operational efficiency, and positioning the company for long-term financial sustainability.

This includes oversight of capital structuring, risk management, taxation strategy, and insurance, including bonds and credit enhancement instruments.

About the Role

• Develop and execute a financial strategy that supports scalability and sustained profitability;
• Oversee capital allocation, investment planning, and financial governance;
• Lead tax structuring, compliance, and risk management to optimise financial outcomes;
• Manage insurance portfolios, performance bonds, and credit enhancement strategies;
• Engage with banks, investors, and insurers to ensure financial agility and resilience;
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

About You

This role is suited to a seasoned CFO or senior finance executive with experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or heavy industry. You will bring:

• Deep expertise in financial strategy, tax structuring, and capital optimisation;
• A track record of leading high-growth businesses and ensuring financial resilience;
• Strong leadership and executive-level stakeholder engagement capabilities;
• Experience in complex financial environments that require strategic foresight and disciplined execution.
