• Oversee the management of two neighbourhood shopping centres
• Handle property & tenant management, risk, contracts, and defects
• Lead marketing, leasing, and financial management efforts
• Drive stakeholder relationships with retailers, residents, and local communities

• Experience managing suburban shopping centres, ideally in mixed-use developments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven financial management experience, including budget implementation
• Ability to drive business strategy and achieve financial goals
