The Company is a residential property developer specializing in property developments, including house renovations, land subdivisions, and new home construction, while collaborating with investors to raise capital for projects.

Job Description

The company is seeking an assistant to support the administrative functions of capital raising, assist with project acquisitions by gathering data for market research, and update systems that track the financial performance of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Capital:
  • Collate information for investor updates
  • Send documents to investors as a follow-up from meetings
  • Onboard new investors
  • Input information into fortnightly operations scorecard
  • Manage admin process for capital raise
  • Manage admin process for company setup
  • Manage admin process for company windup
  • Finance:
  • Collate info for monthly and quarterly scorecard
  • Collate info for project cash flow projections
  • Collate info for project feasibility
  • Check and process construction progress claims
  • Market Research:
  • Gather monthly and quarterly Macro market statistics
  • Gather monthly stats for Micro (listings/sales etc)
  • Collate information on comparable sales into templates (data entry only)
  • General Administration:
  • Undertake general administration for the function in regards to ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Acquisitions and Divestment.

Must Haves:
  • Open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
  • Experienced in corporate / finance management producing management financial reports, cashflow reports, etc.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial projections.
  • Administrative and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Nice to Haves:
  • Accounting degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong financial acumen (knowledge of capital raising is a plus).

Home Office Requirements:
  • Perfectly working headset and webcam.
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps.
  • Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X.
  • Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
  • A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift.
