THE DAY-TO-DAY
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving our business development strategy throughout NSW. You’ll identify new prospects, forge strong relationships, and develop winning strategies!
Including but not limited to:
- Hit the road and meet new people! You’ll be visiting nearby and faraway brokerages to get to know them, their people, and help them with all things Fin One.
- Take center stage and represent our brand and product suite to brokers. You could be speaking to 5 or 500 people – either way, we need someone who’s willing to back our business.
- Be the life of the party! We’re looking for someone who’s super likable and knows how to build strong relationships with our third-party network.
- Love networking, events, and professional development? Great, because you’ll be attending plenty of them.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, credit, and settlements teams to achieve our goals. We respect each other here, and we hope you’ll bring the same level of respect to the table.

ABOUT YOU:
- 5 years of demonstrated ability in sales, business development and relationship management
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry experience in Consumer and Commercial asset lending (highly desired)
- Positive can-do attitude with the tenacity needed in challenging, yet rewarding environment
- Understanding of consumer and commercial products, including market solutions provided by lenders
- Current non-restricted Australian Driver’s License
