Analyst - Delivery Services

• Be responsible for the management of manufacturing and personalisation of cards (plastics), advice and related projects, vendor oversight and change management
• Manage a 3rd Party Provider for Manufacturing and Personalisation of White Label credit cards
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
• Support management team and contribute to process decisions for the White Label consumer business.
• Manage and drive resolution of customer concerns, issues, risks, and incidents as they arise.

• Extensive experience in a financial services environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing and personalisation of plastics is preferable
• Knowledge of banking and Grace management systems
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience
