Salary: Up to $120K AUD base | $175K OTE (uncapped) + Super
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll focus on a mix of new business development (70%) and account management (30%), working with medium-sized businesses across various industries, including high-tech, finance, and supply chain.
From prospecting to closing, you’ll manage the full sales cycle with deal sizes averaging $100K AUD and sales cycles of 2-4 months. This role involves collaborating with C-level executives—especially CIOs and CTOs—to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage a pipeline to meet and exceed a $1M AUD annual target
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite decision-makers
- Provide strategic insights to clients using expert resources and industry knowledge
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

- Background in technology or research-based sales is a plus
