As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:
Develop and implement strategies to efficiently collect and manage high-quality UGC across platforms
Monitor and oversee the submission pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient content capture
Continuously assess and enhance briefs, content quality, processes, and methodologies to maximize performance
Review creator-submitted content and provide feedback to improve quality
Act as a subject matter expert on best practices for leveraging UGC in a D2C landscape
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Social Media and Influencer team to align UGC initiatives with overall marketing goals

Your profile
Key requirements:
Proven track record of managing UGC initiatives in a D2C environment
Hands-on experience in content curation, moderation, and process management
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to optimize processes
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Very good English skills

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 45.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
