About the role
As a result of our continued growth and dedication to deliver on our customer’s expectations around providing day-to-day support of the service delivery, we have created a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager - Fire.
This role will include acting as the primary contact to your customer base, providing customer support, technician resource planning, P&L Management, forecasting and an ability to optimise the revenue from the accounts. You will manage a team of Technicians, Scheduler & Administrative staff to assist you in the delivery of fire services to your customer portfolio.
