At AQA, we’re looking for a Senior Support Coordinator to support participants in navigating the NDIS, building capacity, and achieving their goals.

In this role, you’ll also play a key part in mentoring and supporting other Support Coordinators, helping them develop their skills and confidence in working with complex cases.

You'll work with a knowledgeable team, contribute to service improvements, and help participants exercise choice and control over their supports.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Support participants to navigate the NDIS and access the right services for their goals.
2. Work through complex situations with the support of an experienced team.
3. Help people build their independence and make the most of their NDIS plans.
4. Mentor and support other Support Coordinators, helping them build their expertise.
5. Develop your skills in case management, service improvements, and leadership.
6. Collaborate with other professionals to get the best outcomes for participants.

What We’re Looking For

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 2 - 4 years of experience in support coordination or case management.
3. A strong understanding of the NDIS and its processes.
4. A problem-solver who enjoys working through challenges.
5. Someone who builds strong relationships with participants, families, and providers.
6. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
