Manage a clean and established portfolio of around 130 properties, but this is not a task-heavy role. You’ll have the full support of a dedicated team, including leasing managers, assistants, and an experienced admin department, so you can focus on what you do best—building strong relationships with owners and delivering high-level service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing and managing the performance of your portfolio (approx. 130 properties)
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and delivering top-tier client service
• Advising on tenancy matters and offering guidance backed by legislation knowledge
• Collaborating with your leasing team, PM assistants, and admin staff
• Representing the brand with professionalism and pride in everything you do
• Utilising PropertyMe software to stay on top of your portfolio with ease

What they are seeking:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential Property Management
• Bilingual/Mandarin Speaking is an advantage
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Sound knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Confidence using PropertyMe (or similar software)
• A team player who loves being part of a successful, supportive environment
