Reporting to the Manager, Medical Program, this position supports the operations of the Medical Program, within Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine, and is a full-time position. As a member of the Medical Program professional services team, the Senior Business Services Officer (Medical Program) will play a key role in providing coordination and support to academic and professional staff within the Program, with a particular emphasis on governance, recruitment and human resource management focus on human resources, governance and quality improvement, across a range of program activities and projects.
The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine welcomes applications from candidates with previous experience in a service-oriented position who work effectively as part of a team with a customer-first focus while contributing to team outcomes.
About the person
We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on working autonomously and can manage multiple priorities whilst being part of a collaborative team in a busy and growing environment. The postholder will be a natural organiser and people-person with excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders both within and external to the Faculty and University.
