Due to continued growth we have a new opportunity for a Sales Manager to oversee our Compact Construction Equipment division throughout the Melbourne Metro Region including the Hastings, Knoxfield and Sunshine branches. In this role, you will lead an established team as you continue to develop customer relationships, sales processes, marketing initiatives and drive market share and profitability.
About the Role:
As an integral member of the Branch leadership team, you will contribute to ensuring the continued profitability and growth of the branches, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.
This role is full time, permanent, and ideally will be based from the Sunshine branch (other locations will be considered based on the applicant), however will require regular travel within the surrounding area and between locations of responsibility.
