Research Operations Team Leader

Are you a strong organiser and people person with a knack for getting things done? We're looking for a Research Operations Team Lead to join a national market and social research company headquartered in Marden. This is a part-time opportunity offering flexible hours, a supportive team environment, and a chance to make a difference on meaningful research projects.

What you'll be doing:

1. Lead and coordinate a team of telephone interviewers (CATI)
2. Plan rosters, supervise shifts, and manage fieldwork quotas
3. Assist with recruitment for qualitative research (e.g., focus groups, interviews)
4. Maintain and grow the respondent database
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
6. Ensure compliance with ISO, privacy and payroll standards
7. Identify and implement process improvements
8. Option to take on research support, coding, or admin tasks if interested

What we're looking for:

1. Confident communicator with leadership and problem-solving skills
2. Strong organisation and multitasking ability
3. Comfortable with IT systems
4. Previous experience in research, operations, team leadership or admin is a bonus
5. Proactive, dependable and detail-oriented
