About the Role:
Are you an experienced and driven Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their Bulimba office.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will:

1. Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties with efficiency and professionalism.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to Assistant Property Managers, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
3. Handle escalated tenant and landlord issues, offering expert solutions.
4. Manage lease renewals, routine inspections, and property maintenance.
5. Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring satisfaction on both ends.
6. Utilise your experience and knowledge to contribute to the growth and success of the property management department.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of Property Management experience.
2. A current certificate of registration.
3. Senior Property Manager experience.
4. Strong knowledge of property management systems and processes.
5. Willingness to do what it takes to get positive outcomes for the portfolio.
6. Exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
7. Experience and knowledge of Property Me, IRE and Realworks advantageous.
8. Proactive.
9. Has initiative.
10. Good sense of humour.
11. Flexible, adaptable, efficient.
12. Good time management.
13. Great people skills.
14. Communication and client service.
15. Good negotiator.
