About the Role

As the Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind preparing new residential rental developments for successful leasing and operation. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects align with business objectives, income targets, and feasibility plans. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining processes, optimising leasing strategies, and ensuring operational readiness for new sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate new site mobilisations, ensuring seamless transition from development to full operation
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Organise and lead asset mobilisation meetings, aligning stakeholders on key deliverables
  • Analyse development and leasing data to inform pricing and marketing strategies
  • Ensure accurate data integration into internal technology platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance resident engagement through digital content
  • Develop operational frameworks for parking, storage, and other revenue-generating services
  • Execute ancillary revenue initiatives in collaboration with partners
  • Support financial planning and operational budget development
  • Ensure legal, safety, and regulatory compliance in all operational aspects
  • Work with technology teams to integrate compliance measures seamlessly
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Conduct post-mobilisation reviews to refine strategies for future developments
  • Gather feedback from site teams to enhance operational efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in residential or commercial asset mobilisation
  • Strong project management skills (relevant qualifications preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office & property management systems
  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
