Multi Site Manager

The Multi-Site Manager is responsible for ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all APC sites. This involves regular travel to various locations, staying on-site for extended periods to monitor operations, coach staff, and address customer concerns. The Multi-Site Manager plays a crucial role in upholding APC standards, driving sales performance, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct frequent site visits to evaluate and improve the customer experience.
• Travel to and reside at various interstate locations for extended periods of time.
• Hold site staff accountable for adhering to APC protocols and performance expectations.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Monitor key metrics such as 'bubbles' and output quality to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Review log notes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate random team call recordings and provide feedback to the National Sales Manager.
• Audit sites for appearance, adherence to brand standards, and customer interaction quality.
• Performance manage staff, including providing coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain APC standards across all sites.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of APC's brand, values, and customer experience expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff.
• Proficient in performance management and conflict resolution.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.

Travel Required to Sydney, Melbourne & Perth branches.
