Join South Australia’s most recognised specialist family law firm in a senior marketing role and help shape the next chapter of a brand that genuinely changes lives. As Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll lead and elevate how we show up—scaling a brand that’s as bold, thoughtful, and deeply human as the work we do.

Who's hiring?
We’re Resolve Divorce—South Australia’s leading specialist family law firm. Recognised nationally as one of Australia’s fastest-growing law firms—and named Australia’s Best Boutique Law Firm in 2023—we’re known not just for what we do, but how we do it. We’ve supported thousands through divorce with clarity and care—redefining what meaningful support looks like during one of life’s hardest transitions. It’s the Resolve Way: advocating for personal transformation and positive divorce outcomes for families, not just legal wins. From our dedicated Client Services team to our certified Divorce Coaches (yes, our lawyers are trained in that too), everything we do is rooted in empathy and delivered with excellence. Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand into its next stage of growth.

So, what's the role?
This is a high-impact, hands-on marketing role reporting directly to our Managing Director. As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll own the development and delivery of our brand, marketing and communications strategy—shaping how Resolve is seen, heard, and experienced. You’ll bring big-picture thinking and operational smarts to everything from brand and content to digital campaigns, referrer partnerships and client engagement programs. You’ll work across the business to ensure our marketing aligns with commercial goals, service capacity, and culture—and you’ll be a key player in driving national growth and visibility. This is a role for someone who’s part strategist, part creative, part project manager—and all heart. Someone who’s excited by the opportunity to grow a purpose-led brand with commercial strength and cultural impact.

Here’s what a typical week might look like:

  • Developing and executing our overarching marketing strategy and calendar
  • Partnering with the leadership team on brand positioning, vision, and strategy
  • Leading digital campaigns across email, SEO, social, and paid advertising—with clear tracking and ROI
  • Elevating our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram (and engaging with our audience, too)
  • Managing our content strategy, article schedule, and website—ensuring brand consistency and storytelling excellence
  • Driving national brand visibility through events, partnerships, speaking opportunities, and PR
  • Strengthening our B2B referrer relationships through campaigns, outreach, and events
  • Building client engagement and alumni programs—including our signature Rise with Resolve event series
  • Working with the P&C team to build Resolve’s employer brand and position us as an employer of choice
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor insights, and spending behaviours to guide decision-making
  • Managing budgets, vendors, and campaign performance to deliver strong, data-backed outcomes
  • Supporting the internal team with brand training and onboarding, so every client interaction feels consistent, considered, and unmistakably Resolve.
Enough about us—let's talk about whether this role is for you!
This is not your first time in a Marketing & Communications Manager role. You’ve helped brands grow, taken bold ideas and turned them into powerful campaigns—and you’re just as comfortable writing a strategic plan as you are jumping into the backend of HubSpot. You’ve led campaigns, built brands, communicated impact, and translated vision into visibility—and you’re ready to do it again, this time with a fast-growing business that’s redefining what family law can look like.

What you bring (on paper):
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience—ideally in professional services, legal, consulting, or a similarly complex, high-integrity space
  • A proven track record of building brands and driving growth in fast-moving, scaling businesses
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing—you know how to attract, engage, and retain the right clients and the right referrers
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships—you know how to orchestrate a cohesive, high-impact presence
  • An understanding of marketing regulations and compliance in professional services—particularly in the legal industry.
  • A strong grasp of the modern marketing stack: SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM/automation tools (like HubSpot), analytics, and more
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (a Masters or specialist certification/s gets bonus points)
How you work (and lead):
  • Strategic and hands-on—you can craft the vision, build the plan, and roll up your sleeves to make it happen
  • Commercially astute—you understand how brand drives growth, and you know how to connect creative to commercial outcomes
  • Organised and outcome-focused—you keep the big ideas moving with structure, momentum, and a clear eye on results
  • A natural collaborator—you bring people with you, build strong relationships, and know how to influence with integrity
  • A confident communicator—you pitch ideas with clarity, manage stakeholders with ease, and represent the brand with polish
  • Insightful—you use data to guide decisions, and storytelling to deepen connection and drive engagement
  • Experienced in managing agencies, partners, timelines, and budgets—balancing creativity with accountability
Who you are (when no one’s watching):
  • Purpose-driven—you care deeply about doing meaningful work, and doing it well
  • Intellectually curious—you’re constantly learning, scanning, refining
  • Calm under pressure—you keep things moving with clarity, even when things get busy
  • Warm, generous, and thoughtful—you understand the power of tone, timing, and empathy
  • All-in on the mission—you want to work somewhere where the why is just as important as the what
What’s in it for you?
We know great work happens when people feel trusted, supported, and connected to something that matters. So, here’s what you can expect when you join Resolve:
  • A strategic, high-impact role in a business that’s growing and values great marketing
  • The chance to shape a brand that’s already trusted and recognised—and scaling
  • A competitive salary and ongoing professional development
  • A workplace that values care, clarity, autonomy, and high performance—without ego
  • A genuinely kind, values-led team who are proud to work here
  • Work that’s human, rewarding, and purpose-led
