Manager Premium Beverage Experience, Marvel Stadium

Delaware North Australia is seeking a Premium Beverage Experience Manager to develop and implement an innovative beverage program and strategy for the team located at Marvel Stadium.

This role will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and oversight of a comprehensive beverage program at Marvel Stadium including the development, marketing and distribution of beverage products.

As the Premium Beverage Experience Manager you will use data-driven insights and market analysis to identify opportunities, define product innovation strategies and lead the positioning of the brand in the competitive beverage industry.

The role is critical for building strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, the client, and within Delaware North to develop and market high-quality and exciting beverage offerings, through innovation, growth, and market positioning for our beverage brands and products.

• Develop and refine beverage brand strategies to ensure long-term success in the market, aligning with business objectives and consumer trends
• Support the F&B operational team to design and implement a dynamic, high-quality beverage program, including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic options
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor products to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Work alongside the sales and marketing team to ensure the beverage strategy and promotion is executed seamlessly across all departments and channels
• Oversee beverage operations across multiple departments and spaces, ensuring consistency in service and quality
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for beverage preparation, presentation, and service
• Collaborate with training specialist to train and develop team members to deliver high end beverage service

• Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Sommelier, or similar role in a fine dining or upscale environment
• Strong knowledge of beverage market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and industry trends
• Knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and pairing techniques, along with an understanding of high-end spirits and mixology is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
• Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Passionate about fine beverages and dedicated to continuous learning
