IT Process Consultant – Procurement (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize existing procurement processes in close coordination with IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for process changes and system adaptations (e.g., SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP PP).
• Plan, conduct, and document functional and integration tests.
• Support the implementation and rollout of standardized processes across international subsidiaries.
• Conduct training sessions and provide 2nd-level support for process and system-related inquiries.
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects and handle change requests in the process and system environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in analyzing and optimizing procurement processes in close coordination with IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications for process changes and system adaptations (e.g., SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP PP).
• Experience in planning, conducting, and documenting functional and integration tests.
• Experience in supporting the implementation and rollout of standardized processes across international subsidiaries.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and providing 2nd-level support for process and system-related inquiries.
• Ability to actively participate in cross-functional projects and handle change requests in the process and system environment.

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position, it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,900 to €5,000.
