Investor Relations Manager

Our client is a leading, dynamic property syndication business that has experienced an impressive growth period in the last two years. They provide a trusted, investor-centric experience, ensuring each client is supported throughout their investment journey.

Due to growth, they are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join the team as an Investor Relations Manager. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for a diverse range of clients, working to build and nurture lasting relationships. You will ensure timely communication, manage client queries, and assist with a range of investment-related tasks, all while supporting internal fundraising efforts. Your role is critical in enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication & Engagement: Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing updates and support through various communication channels, and coordinating meetings and events.
• Client Onboarding & Relationship Building: Oversee new client onboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth account setup, while maintaining ongoing, personalized relationships.
• Reporting & Investment Updates: Prepare and manage investment reports, track financial matters, and address client queries on investment performance and opportunities.
• Fundraising & Campaign Support: Assist in creating and distributing fundraising materials, coordinating communications, and supporting leadership in client meetings.
• Process Improvement & Systems Management: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client processes, manage CRM tools for client interactions, and improve internal workflows.
• Administrative Support: Manage the client inbox, assist with financial documentation preparation, and ensure timely delivery of necessary documents.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have experience in a similar role and proven stakeholder relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to take a proactive approach to solving problems and streamlining processes.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality service.
