Head of Product Creative

At dusk, we're all about helping to create a moment that matters for our customers through our beautiful candles, home décor, inviting stores and knowledgeable team. With almost 150 stores across Australia and NZ and more on the horizon.

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Product Creative to lead our product design team and drive the creative product direction for dusk for a 12 month parental leave contract. This role will conceptualise, develop, and execute product range strategies and ensure they are aligned with our overarching business objectives.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• Proven experience as a Head of Design or Creative Director, with a strong portfolio of successful design projects.
• Deep understanding of product development process, design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Well versed in trend monitoring and interpretation into commercial product application.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible for briefing and leading the graphic team to deliver projects on trend and to critical path timelines.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for design and a strong understanding of current design trends.
• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, or a related field.
