Experienced Retail Pool & Spa Store Manager

Captain Nemo's is seeking a Sales/ Store Manager for our Helensvale Store.

The applicant must have:

• Sales experience within the swimming pool industry
• Competence in all areas of pool chemistry
• Ability to demonstrate how pool equipment may meet clients' needs and assist in closing sales
• Problem-solving skills for pool & spa issues
• Ability to use our computer application to collect key customer data
• Maintaining store merchandising standards whilst ensuring the shop is kept neat and tidy at all times
• Assisting in implementing processes and practices
• Administration experience would be an advantage

The position will also involve some heavy lifting, the ability to learn and adapt, be innovative, honest & trustworthy, and resilient with a can-do attitude, while providing accurate information to customer inquiries. You must be able to work unsupervised and deliver a high standard of work ethic.

Must have own transport as you may be required to travel to different branches.

Part uniform will be supplied.

Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
