The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive General Manager – Employment is a key member of the Executive team. This person will be responsible for taking Aruma’s disability employment in a new direction by helping evolve their long-established supported employment and creating new pathways to open employment through nurturing new corporate partners who know the benefits of employing people with a disability. About You
For this appointment, Aruma is seeking a proven leader who brings commercial leadership and comparable functional experience gained in a similar environment. You will have a track record of driving an engaged, collaborative, accountable, and agile culture that supports the delivery of high-quality customer-focused services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new avenues of growth while enhancing those pre-existing.
