Managing Executive Physiotherapist

Life Ready Maribyrnong currently offers Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage, and Pilates services and supports NDIS, Workers Compensation, and Medicare patients. Our state-of-the-art facility is a fantastic workplace and serves the purpose of moving people towards their best quality of life and raising the bar of our profession.

The person we are seeking will be given a high degree of autonomy with a high amount of support and coaching to move you and your career to achieve your “best quality of life.”

The role will include:

• Paid management time away from patients

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Must be a practical and hands-on Physiotherapist with a proven history of leadership
• Experience working in a senior role
• People management and stakeholder management experience
• Strong understanding of National Physiotherapy practice
• Strong understanding of current Physiotherapy trade
• Ability to think strategically, committed to positive workplace culture, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Can effectively manage relationships at all levels within the company
• Ability to coordinate and manage projects; high attention to detail
• Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with others
