Commercial Property Manager - Landlord

With the completion of a major project in Adelaide, our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager with experience in managing premium assets. Your stakeholder management skills and technical understanding of A grade assets will be vital to excelling in this role.

Some of your day to day will look like:

• Implement & manage annual business plans and budgets
• Reporting
• Oversee Operational and Capex budgets & forecasting
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
• Property inspections
• Oversee tenancy fit outs & compliance
• Set standards for quality, customer service, operational efficiency, and safety
• Minimize tenant arrears
• Promote a culture that identifies and resolves environmental and safety risks
• Assist with lease negotiations, renewals, & rent reviews
• Work with the Property Manager to meet sustainability goals
• Manage the Building Management System

• Experience managing Premium or A - Grade assets
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• High level attention to detail in written and verbal communication
• Understanding of property accounting and facilities management
• Ability to read and interpret complex leases
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Valid Property Manager or Land Agents license
