You will:

• Lead and manage a 100-place centre, ensuring high-quality care and education
• Support and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance and professional development
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the community
• Oversee daily operations of the centre, including occupancy management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of practice
• Handle and resolve family concerns with professionalism and empathy

You have:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role (Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor)
• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ECT qualification
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to foster a positive, supportive environment for both staff and families
• Experience in managing a large centre (100 places)
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence!
