Senior Software Support Specialist (Buenos Aires, Argentina)

Remote - Canada | Team Augmentation

1. Act as a single point of contact between the end-client and the technical team located in India and Canada.
2. Perform at least basic software troubleshooting with potential to take on more complex tasks and responsibilities.
3. Recommend additional resources and processes for task execution enhancement.
4. Grasp both explicit and implicit requirements of the hosting environment.
5. Engage in close collaboration with developers and solution architects to ensure the delivery of highly reliable solutions.
6. Document sources of system bugs clearly and comprehensively.
7. Work alongside various product development platforms to address known issues, boost performance, and resolve solution-related challenges.
8. Handle customer escalations efficiently, ensuring clear and concise communication to foster a superior customer experience.
9. Create detailed documentation in the form of support tickets to log communication and troubleshooting steps accurately.

1. 5+ years of IT industry experience.
2. Solid technical support experience preferably in large international enterprise level organizations.
3. Coding and scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
4. Some experience working with SAP is highly desirable (in user capacity at minimum).
5. Some experience in deploying software and/or middleware solutions.
6. Solid experience with one of the major enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
7. Proficiency in English (C1).
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
