Senior Full Stack Python/django Lead

What you will do

1. Design, develop, and maintain our platform using Python and Django, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
2. Work with Tailwind CSS to create intuitive, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Participate in the full software development life cycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
5. Implement security and data protection solutions.

Must haves

1. 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Python and Django.
2. Proven expertise in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
3. Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and a keen eye for UI/UX design.
4. Proficient in database management and optimization with Postgres.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to haves

1. Familiarity with AWS services to supplement Heroku add-ons as needed.
2. Experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
3. A passion for helping skilled tradespeople find good-paying jobs.
