Summary: Assists the Department Director in planning, directing and coordinating the operational, financial and personnel activities of the designated departments. Provides clinical and operational leadership for areas assigned.

Responsibilities

Professional Requirements
- Maintains current professional licensure.
- Educational Requirements:
- Nurse Managers hired or rehired on/after July 2012, without BSN must enroll in BSN courses within 12 months and complete within 48 months.
Qualifications
Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required.
Academic Preparation: Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 3 years of hire.
